About the study:

The fast expansion of information and communication technologies (ICTs) creates business opportunities but also challenges that Greater Montréal businesses must adjust to.

Given the scarcity of skilled workers in many fields, the recruitment of temporary skilled foreign workers becomes a lever to fill this gap.

After profiling the ICT domain, highlighting the stakes of growth and documenting the contribution and profile of QTFWs in the ICT field in Greater Montréal at the economic and social level, the study gives a better understanding of the challenges and realities related to their attraction, their  integration and retention in the metropolitan area.
