Services Offered

Our International Mobility Services can help a company determine its needs in specialized manpower and develop an action plan to attract foreign workers and encourage them to relocate to Montreal. Our services can also assist companies with various aspects of the hiring process.

These services are offered in close collaboration with our partners, in particular Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), Human Resources Development Canada (HRDC), Québec’s ministry of relations with citizens and immigration (ministère des Relations avec les citoyens et de l’Immigration du Québec (MRCI)) and Québec’s ministry of education (ministère de l’Éducation du Québec (MEQ)). Thanks to their collaboration, we are able to help in the process of obtaining visas and permits..

Our welcome services are grouped into the following three categories:

Recruitment and Relocation of Foreign Personnel

Identification of the employer’s manpower needs; establishment of procedures to obtain required documents: visas, spousal work permits, student visas, visitor visas, customs.

Assistance in Settling Down for Foreign Personnel

Advice and information on how to obtain documents, information and other local services: social insurance number (SIN), healthcare card, school registration for children, adult education, degree equivalencies, driver’s license.

Access to the Labor Market for Partners of Foreign Personnel

Entry into the labor market: CV preparation and distribution, information on Québec’s labor market, referrals to professional associations; advice and information on obtaining required documents: work permits, certification.
