incorporated international organizations with letters patent, regulations and a constitution reflecting their composition and their international character;
multilateral organizations whose members are from at least three countries;
organizations with an international mission and specific responsibilities;
organizations with an existing organizational structure composed of a secretary, director general or chief administrative officer, professional and administrative personnel, etc.;
organizations that can provide evidence of guaranteed funding.
Applications submitted by sponsors of international organizations are reviewed on merit. They must be based on business or strategic development plans that also contain five-year financial forecasts.
