MENODYS Announces Exclusive Global Licensing Agreement for Wound Care Technology Developed at McGill University

MENODYS and the Office of Sponsored Research, McGill University’s commercialization group, have signed an exclusive global licensing agreement for a medical technology developed by Prof. Satya Prakash, Head of the Biomedical Technology and Cell Therapy Research Laboratory, Dr. Mirko Gilardino, Plastic Surgeon and Assistant Professor of Craniofacial Surgery, and Jonathan Kanevsky, medical student, all of whom are affiliated with McGill University. This technological innovation, already covered by a provisional patent, is intended to reduce dermatological scars, including hypertrophic scars, and improve scar appearance.
