Ivalua sets up Canadian headquarters in Greater Montréal

Montréal, March 3 , 2015 – Ivalua, a leading international spend management and procurement solutions provider, today announced that it has set up its Canadian headquarters in Greater Montréal to meet growing demand from Canadian businesses. The company’s software suite covers the whole Spend Management spectrum, from supplier relationship management to spend analysis to e-Sourcing, e-Procurement and invoice management. The new Montréal subsidiary has already taken on a number of large-scale projects across Canada.

“Montréal, the most European of North America’s big cities, was a natural choice when we decided to expand here,” said Daniel Amzallag, Head of Ivalua North America. “Opening an office in Montréal shows that we are thinking long term. Canadian and Québec businesses are at a maturity point where the next step is to support their processes and operations with robust software solutions. This presents Ivalua with a unique opportunity to capitalize on its expertise in the field and become the leading Spend Management Software provider in Canada,” he added.

Montréal International (MI) assisted Ivalua throughout the entire process of setting up its new North American subsidiary. “Ivalua’s arrival in Greater Montréal is excellent news for the region’s businesses that are looking to streamline their procurement processes, better manage spending and become more competitive,” said Dominique Anglade, President and CEO of MI. “It also goes to show just how attractive our region is to businesses that want to be in the North American market for the long run,” she explained.
