CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT AT MONTRÉAL INTERNATIONAL

Montréal, January 28, 2010 – The Montréal International (MI) Board of Directors announced that it has come to an agreement with Mr. André Gamache regarding the end of his tenure as President and CEO. The Board, which thanked Mr. Gamache for his solid contribution during his three years of service, will shortly put in place a recruitment process to find his successor.

To ensure continuity of the organization’s operations, the Board has designated Mr. Luc Lacharité, who was recently strategic advisor to MI's management, to be acting President and CEO in the interim. This change is effective from today.
