New Cycle: Peer-to-peer coaching and support

For over two years, International Mobility Direction (IMD) has helped more than 150 people at various stages in the career transition process, and we believe that promoting follow-up and experience sharing among expat spouses will bring added value to the service.

An additional cycle called “Peer-to-peer coaching and support” is open and available to all former participants, giving them the chance to exchange ideas and learn from each other.

What is the program all about?

The peer-to-peer coaching program is intended to develop everyone’s strengths and facilitate collective learning.

The facilitation style and method used are designed to:

  • Help participants focus on a specific objective
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and mutual support
  • Encourage collective learning through a structured approach that is beneficial to all

2016 sessions are scheduled at 9:30 a.m. (French) / 1:30 p.m. (English) on :

  • January 21
  • March 3
  • June 2
  • September 8
  • November 3

Groups of 5 to 10 people. Free admission. Prior registration required.
