Bid campaigns

Circumstances may require an international organization to select its headquarters' secretariat location through a competitive bid process. Montréal International (MI) following its mandat, will take the lead in developing the Montréal bid on behalf of its partners in the Governments of Canada, Québec and the City of Montréal.

MI will be involved in all stages of the process, including: 

• Expression of interest
  
• Technical bid and pre-qualification
  
• Bid questionnaire and request for information
  
• Site visit and inspection
  
• Formal bid presentations
  
• Financial and technical offers
  
• Final decision
