Montréal International’s impact

• Attraction of Future Earth in Montréal in 2015: Montréal International mobilized the local academic and research ecosystem to support Montréal’s bid. Furthermore, MI played a key role in the adoption of a multi-hub structure that supported the launch of Future Earth’s Canadian hub in the city. 
• Expansion support: Montréal International helped secure funding for Future Earth’s “Sustainability in the Digital Age” initiative, which aims to leverage Greater Montréal’s expertise in artificial intelligence to advance the cause of social justice and climate action in the digital age.
