2025 activity report
For 30 years, the Montréal International team has been attracting international companies and organizations
to Greater Montréal, while connecting local players with each other to open our economy to global markets, talent and ideas. Connecting the region to the world has always been, and remains, the heart of our mission.
Evidently, 2025 tested our ability to adapt. Pressures were felt across the board, particularly from tariffs imposed by our neighbours to the south and the resulting global state of economic uncertainty. Still, Greater Montréal proved remarkably resilient, delivering results on par with the previous year. Montréal International supported 54 foreign investment projects totalling $2.6B, creating or retaining 3,720 jobs at an average annual salary of $114,000.
