The Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montréal, Montréal International and the Québec government enlisted McKinsey & Company to analyze Montréal’s degree of internationalization in North America and to establish its importance for the region’s prosperity.
The study focuses on the analysis of the flow of goods and services, people, data and capital. Its conclusions have allowed Montréal International and the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montréal to propose six concrete plans of action.
