October 22, 2021

Montréal International (MI) wants to send out an inspiring message to the whole business community: recruiting skilled workers from abroad is a practical and relatively simple solution to deal with the labour needs.

“Foreign talent, notably from French-speaking countries in Europe, Latin America and Northern Africa, can support the growth of our local businesses,” stated Christian Bernard, Vice President, International Talent, Business Intelligence and Communication, at Montréal International. “With our turnkey service offering, our team can support employers throughout various steps of the international recruitment process, from posting job offers to obtaining work permits.”

Two recruitment solutions are available to businesses in any industry looking for skilled workers. There are several packages at really attractive rates.

Another potential labour pool: International students

Montréal International also invites Montréal employers to recruit from an overlooked talent pool: international students and new international graduates. Many students are looking for a part-time or full-time job and could be a great addition to a team. They are highly skilled, multilingual and motivated individuals looking for a work experience during or after their studies. They reflect the diversity a large number of companies are seeking to become more innovative and creative. Montréal International, through its I choose Montréal initiative, offers free solutions to help your company fill positions that require up to three years of experience.
