Having in mind the aerospace, defense and ground transportation sectors, this new company will leverage each partner’s core competencies and knowledge to provide end-to-end logistics services while also adding technical and repair services to Military (AIR, SEA and LAND), OEMs, Tier 1 and Airlines or Ground transportation operators across the Americas.

“Our goal is clear, we must grow our footprint in the Americas while having the possibility to support our important worldwide customer base which requires a local presence in the continuously challenging environment of being always on time,” said Guillaume Laurin, CEO, NSE Group who is already serving European military, aerospace and commercial clients with logistics end-to-end activities.

The ambition to support various clients’ product life cycle in terms of technical and logistics services by pairing state-of-the-art technologies, technical expertise and logistics will now bridge the gap on the market by offering this one-stop-shop approach like it does not exist in today’s environment.

“Having years of experience in the aerospace, transportation and logistics fields and business lines including AAA Canada, a company owned by Drakkar and AAA Group, will certainly provide a strong added value to our common customers,” added Denis Deschamps, CEO, Drakkar.

“Greater Montréal is one of the world’s main aerospace hubs, with some 200 companies, including the largest manufacturers in the world, and 40,000 jobs that account for 45% of the Canadian aerospace workforce,” said Hubert Bolduc, President and CEO of Montréal International. “The service offering from this new player will not only complete our industry’s logistics chain with value-added services, but it will also bolster its attractiveness and competitiveness around the world.”
